1. 1.We do not discriminate at Howling Wolf Ranch (Philippians 2:5, Mark 2:17). In return, we ask you to do two things: a. Respect our lifestyle and we will respect yours (Romans 3:23, John 3:16), and b. Remember that we are a family and this is our home. Please treat it like it’s your home, and we will treat you like you’re our family.
  2. 2.We do not serve alcohol at the Ranch. If you choose to drink alcohol while on the premises, we would ask that you do it in your room and in moderation. Please do not drink alcohol in front of our children, and DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE!
  3. 3.Howling Wolf Ranch is smoke-free.
  4. 4.Howling Wolf Ranch is a profanity-free environment. Please refrain from using profanity or vulgar language while on the premises.
  5. 5.The Ranch is also available for other events, parties, weddings, scout camp-outs, company picnics. If you don’t see your event listed, call us to see if we can handle it.
  6. 6.Equestrian accommodations are limited to two stalls and a shared attached corral. Straw is provided as bedding and equine guests are free to graze whatever is available. Guests must provide their own feed. Water is located behind the barn. The use of a picket line is recommended for pastural grazing.
  7. 7.The pool can accommodate up to 20 guests. The pool is also not heated and is, therefore, for seasonal use only. There is no lifeguard on duty. Use at your own risk.
  8. 8.CHECK IN : after 3 p.m. CHECK OUT: 11:00 a.m., $35.00 fee for early check-in or late check-out.
  9. 9.We cheerfully accept pets. Guests are responsible for policing their pets’ waste.
  10. 10.Children are welcome, childcare is available by prior arrangement.

  15. 15.CANCELLATION INFO: ten days notice required to receive a refund. A cancellation fee of 10% per day within 10 days of reserved date will be applied. All refunds are made by check within 10 days of notice of cancellation.
